First day of the diet, rate my breakfest. Greek yoghurt, with fruits, pistachios and honey

    Looks good but having so many dates and honey seems a bit overkill sugar wise.

  3. That’s quite a bit of sugar. Diets all restrict total calories, each in their own way. All that sugar looks good but isn’t going to keep you full.

    I would have this with chia seeds, and a small quantity of nuts. The end. Maybe a touch 1/2 teaspoon if honey.

    Estimating but you probably have > 50 grams of carbs in this on meal. As an adult male, when dieting my total daily carb intake was < 150.
