Prime filet I picked up while the wife and kids were away for a few days. 275 for about 45 minutes until it hit 120. Seared in super hot stainless steel with avocado oil. Shitty presentation, but it didn’t last long anyways.

    I’m guessing you weren’t going for a crust. Which is fine but that obv lowers the score.

    Dull knife again no biggy but lowers your score

    cooking on what appears to be aluminum so taste impacted.

    Overall I’d eat but maybe 5.5 out of 10 rating
