Does this count as steak? Choice strip steak and marinated yolks over rice

    My favorite thing to do in addition is finely dice like half an onion and slow cook it in a little butter for a half hour and then at the very end add a little gochujang, mixing OFTEN so it doesn’t burn, then smear it all over the rice so there’s a layer between it & the steak. Oh and obviously like a giant handful of green onions on top. Easily one of my favorite thing to make because you can just sous vide a bunch of filets before hand and freeze them all so they’re always ready & perfectly cooked
