Whole roasted head of cauliflower with whipped feta. Tried this combination at a restaurant a while ago and Iโve been meaning to recreate it. I think I found the exact recipe the restaurant uses because it tastes exactly like it. Only things I did differently were add some crushed pistachios to the whipped feta and some sumac to the cauliflower after taking it out of the oven.
