o 19-20 jumbo pasta shells
o 4 cups fresh spinach
o 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
o 3 cups marinara sauce
o 2 cloves garlic , minced or pressed
o 15 ounces whole milk ricotta cheese
o 3 cups mozzarella cheese , shredded and divided
o 1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese , shredded
o 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
o 1 whole egg
o 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
o 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
o parsley , for garnish, optional
