I loved the Palmolive dishsoap commercial. Her name was Madge. I have a cassette tape(audio)my Grandma made of me and my little sister recreating the commercial when we were little girls. I was Madge. It’s so dang cute. I miss my Sweet Grandma.

There is a Polish Stew called Bigos made from cabbage and pork butt roast. I can't eat cabbage anymore (digestive issues) but I used to love this.
Would these ground chicken recipes be switched for ground turkey? Any adaptation’s needed?
My favorite soups are chicken tortilla soup, curry lentil soup, and sopa de albondigas. My mother-in-law's cousin taught me how to make the sopa. It's a flavorful chipotle tomato soup with vegetables and ground chicken or turkey meatballs! I'd love to share the recipe…I think you would love it!
Re "rice wine", yes sake is made from rice but its usually drank straight or in cocktails. Mirin is usually used for cooking and is actually sweeter and the texture is more syurupy vs sake having a more watery texture. If you're cooking a Japanese recipe that calls for rice wine but don't have mirin, you can use sake but if its a drier sake you should add a pinch of sugar to replace the sweetness found in mirin. However as you seem to regularly make teriyaki i would suggest that you find mirin to get the right ingredient.
