French cheese for bastille day

I’m hosting a picnic today for bastille day and bringing a selection of French cheeses. Here they are:
– Le dauphin – double cream soft ripened cheese
– saint angel – triple cream
– bûche d’affinois – double cream
– papillon Roquefort – a cave ripened blue

Served with rice crackers, sliced baguette, muscatels and rye crisp bread.
