Excellent meal in 2* restaurant at beautiful hotel, Les Sources de Caudalie, surrounded by Chateau Haut Smith Lafftte vineyard. Vines and wine played a part throughout the meal. All ingredients are local or from southwest France.

We ate here last year. Wonderful meal and an absolutely wonderful hotel. If anyone is ever in the vicinity of bordeaux i highly recommend both.

Have you eaten at Cent 33? I ate there a couple of years ago when I visited Bordeaux and really enjoyed it.

I just went here for my honeymoon! We ate there on June 29th. We were jetlagged so opted to go btg vs a pairing, but my wife and I both had 2 different glasses of white Bordeaux followed by red Bordeaux, produced in very close proximity. They prepared a special canele for our honeymoon which was like the most luxurious milky way ice cream bar of all time, wrapped in gold leaf to boot. Favorite dishes: squab in amaranth, hake wrapped in squash, and the desserts were all killer.
