First time making corn ribs but it definitely won't be the last! Half of 'em are slathered in BBQ sauce, the other half garlic and chilli butter with spring onion to garnish.

You can just call it corn.
    But yeah, looks decent.

  2. I have to try this one day. But my wife is such a traditionalist when it comes to some foods.

Would eat but if someone said ribs and served me corn we’re gonna have a problem

I do not understand this new food fad, at all.

Everyone immediately skeptic about corn ribs. Look, it’s just a cob cut into quarters so its easy to handle like ribs are. And you can rub in some bbq seasonings in a similar way.

It’s nothing crazy at all. And yes it’s really nice.

How do you eat it? Is the cob still there or is this like boneless corn on the cob?

Why not just call it BBQ corn?

One time. I was craving some bbq in london and went to a joint and got these on the side of some pretty ok ribs. Yea they tasted good, but I complained the whole time

    Sure!
And then I’ll pay you with this leaf money and we both agree not to question the accuracy of each others’ statements.👍
