Hey everyone! Welcome to Nt’s Wonderlands kitchen corner! Today, I’m excited to share a delicious and healthy recipe: Stuffed Eggplants.

Ingredients
4 eggplants
200 grams of ground beef
1 chopped onion
3 teaspoon grate garlic
3 tomato
1 tablespoon salcha
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 teaspoon salt, black pepper and sugar

Steps
1) Cut 4 Eggplants in half. Put them into a bowl filled with water, put a pinch of salt and squeeze one lemon and leave them for 20 minutes. It will take away the bitterness of eggplant. Scratch inside of the eggplants, not a lot just for them to cook well.
2) After 20 minutes, mix olive oil and salt, rub your eggplants with it.
Put them into the oven, 350’ until they are cooked.
When our eggplants are in the making, we will start preparing our mix for eggplant.
3) Roast 200 grams of ground beef, after they get brown, add 1 chopped onion, 3 teaspoon grate garlic, grate 3 tomato and add it into the mix, add 1 tablespoon salcha, 2 tablespoon vinegar, it will take away the smell of tomato, 2 teaspoon salt, black pepper and sugar.
4) After taking out the eggplants, place the ground beef mix into the eggplants, put 1 tablespoon butter on top of the mix and add some water into your tray and put them into the oven until they are well combined.
If you want some dipping sauce with it, you can mix yogurt with garlic.
