Sushi Noz () NYC

I had dinner last night at Sushi Noz and it absolutely lived up to expectations. I made sure to book a seating at the hinoki counter with Chef Noz.

Every bite was amazing and I was especially surprised by how much I enjoyed the anchovy hand roll. My favorite single bite was easily the akami, it tasted like a giant burst of umami. I love uni and was delighted to have three different courses that included it.

The service was exceptional. You can tell the entire staff pays attention to every detail. Chef Noz was definitely the star of the show, and he brought an energy and happiness to the sushi counter that gave the experience a personal touch.
