I really like this one right now, the heat level is pretty non offensive on everything. I'd love some more suggestions and recipes featuring pineapple

I make one called Sweet Summer Heat (faiya hot sauce) with Limes, Pineapples, and as heat source: jalapeños. Not too hot, not quite mild. It also isn’t too sweet since I don’t use any sugars.

I’d use this on jerk chicken for sure. Torchy’s has a jerk chicken taco with grilled jalapeño and mango, I imagine it’d be just as good.
Marie Sharps “Love” sauce. Make with yellow Habanero and pineapple. Like the rest of the Marie Sharp’s hot sauce, it’s well balanced and flavorful. You don’t get a mouthful of cleaning strength vinegar flavor like a certain hot sauce brand that starts with the letter M.

Ahi Ahi tacos!! Cilantro, lime, tomato, slaw, red pickled onions. Sear Ahi don’t over cook!! 👌

Lucky Dog’s Year of the Dog is insanely good, totally different than most pineapple sauces out there (thai chiles, toasted sesame, ginger, lime).

I have a pinapple serrano that I mix with grek yogurt to dip taco/burritos in it – great mix!

I just found a bottle of El Yucateco’s Pineapple Habanero at the Mexican market near me but I have not opened it yet, probably worth trying though.

Spent the first 20 or so years of my life in Thunder Bay. Great place to grow up. Crazy violent these days, although it always punched above it’s weight class in terms of violent crime per capita.

I heard really good things but I’ve never had it. How’s the heat?

I love that hot sauce. I exclusively use it on pizza.

I love the mango habanero from this brand on EVERYTHING.
Namely Egg Salad sandwiches made with this and Kewpie.

Check out HI Spice. Married couple that grows all their own peppers, doesn’t use extracts, and sends handwritten thank yous with free merch. I only have 2 stickers on my laptop, and they both came from them.

Heartbeat makes some great shit. Wish I still went through Thunder Bay as much as I used to.

I love that one on pizza. Not as much on eggs.
Volcano spice company has some really good sauces. Their [pineapple hot sauce](https://www.volcanospicecompany.com/product/pineapple-spicy-table-sauce/) was very good. Mad at myself for leaving it in the hotel refrigerator.
