Second time coming here, hasn’t disappointed yet. Been to a lot of ass sushi recently and this one tastes like my girlfriend’s butthole, delicious!!!!!! Service was actually great, 10/10 we had the guy who was somewhere between 40 and 66 looking.
We started off with the Shumbai, 7.5 for taste 8 for presentation. The spice was great but we wish there was 1 more on the plate and there was a lingering fishy taste, could’ve just been a spicy fish sauce tho.
For rolls we had the Sunset and the Crazy Philly
Sunset: definitely did not need the diced cabbage in the middle, didn’t add any taste and was annoying to deal with. Presentation 8/10. Taste wise though really simple, great amount of spice but it lingers (totally preference), crab and salmon is delicious 8.2/10
Crazy Philly: fucking delicious. one of the best rolls I’ve ever had, good amount of sauce, presentation is cool, I love the jalapeño on it. Perfect amount of cream cheese and it tasted super fresh. Honestly not a single complaint on it. Its presentation was great too and it had lots of crunch. 9/10 overall including taste.
Ambiance there is great too, music is just loud enough so you can hear the toxic conversations right next to you and not be completely nosey. The inside is a nice vibe as well 8.7/10
Overall, we paid $42 for everything (before tip) and I highly recommend it if you haven’t gone yet. Great spot, delicious food, amazing service!
