Been making 4-6 loaves per week since I started making sourdough 2 months ago and have gradually upped hydration from 65% to 80%. I'm pretty happy with where it's at now but there's definitely room for improvement (more oven spring, larger holes).

  1. Looks so delicious. Sourdough is my favorite bread, unfortunately I have to buy it. It’s so expensive from Panera.
