    Steak and brussel sprouts look perfectly cooked.

    I need to start grilling peaches, they always sound so good when I see them in a dish.

    Blueberry port reduction on a steak? Never heard of that but imagine it works really well. This is the kinda thing I’d love to order, bold and interesting flavour combinations. Nice work

    Phenomenal OP. Acqua al 2 actually has two locations – one in Florence, Italy and one in Annapolis, Maryland, USA! They used to be in DC, but closed during Covid.

    My wife and i went there all the time while living in DC. It’s amazing. Both the blueberry and balsamic steaks are simply amazing. Sadly we moved away. I do miss their steaks and pasta.
