Visited Masque in Mumbai last night. Been around since 2016 but has gotten more and more hype in the last couple of years. Did the vegetarian tasting menu for 5000 rupees (~$60). Particularly enjoyed the main thali-style dish as well as the desserts. A couple of the appetizers were definitely misses, however. Overall phenomenal value for a very solid tasting menu experience.

I guess you can’t criticize the plating too much when it’s 60 bucks.
I went there two years ago. It’s amazing and so cheap. I’ve spent significantly more for significantly less (I mean that is the west in general) but the waiter knew so much about my own city and we talked very well. Excellent meal
