CTC Urban Gastronomy * in Athens

We were in Athens last night and went to one of the few starred restaurants in town (our second starred in Greece after Varoulko). The experience takes place in a very nice garden in the middle of the city, where the chef proposed a 11 courses blind menu driven by mostly Greek ingredients and with a single meat dish. You can then choose two wine pairings, we opted for a white wine bottle and took a glass of red for the single meat dish of the evening. Personally, I liked most of the dishes, the calamari tagliatelle (that requires 3 cooking methods of the fish) and lamb dishes were really well executed , as well as all the all desserts. I am looking forward to being back to discover how the menu and kitchen develop. A final word to the service, which was very attentive. Ευχαριστούμε πόλη 🙏
