4 Chile güero
1 jalapeño
3 cloves of garlic
6 medium tomatillo
Cilantro
Salt/Knorr to taste
2 small avocados
Boil then when tomatillo/chile are soft put into blender and add water used to boil everything to adjust to preferred thickness.
Pictures include a few things I’ve used it for. Tacos include handmade tortillas.

You’ve inspired me! This looks and sounds delicious! What was the heat level for you? I think I might sub out the guero chiles for serranos though.
We have more access to pablanos and jalapenos so make that same sauce with those peppers. I can almost taste it from here!
What knorr spice? I’ve used a knorr brand to can stuff before.
