Not a butcher and someone may correct me, but it looks like you can see the faintest bit of spinalis still attached to them. Especially the right one.
Could technically be labeled as ribeye but it’s cut from the very far end that meets the strip loin. I would prefer to see these ones labeled as strips if I were buying but it’s not incorrect to call it a ribeye as far as I know.
You see it more often when you buy a whole rib roast. End of one side will look very similar to this.

For me, it’s rib eye, or even sirloin. I don’t like NY strips, and I don’t know why.

NY strip all the way, typically a better deal and better flavor IMO

Some good looking NY strip, my go to for quite sometime!
r/ratemysteak without knowing the price per pound I would give this 8.45/10. Could be a 9/10 if you got it $10/lb. or less.
Either way those look bomb.

It’s a New York steak. However, some restaurants would try to serve it as a ribeye and most likely the customer would be too shy to speak up and just eat it. It happened to me at a business dinner and I ate because of the work crowd but I never went back to that steakhouse.
