Just sharing a few of my absolute fave dishes from this last crazy year of visiting
and eating around Copenhagen.
I have since got tickets for Disfrutar and El Cellar De Can Roca for 2025 so I'm gonna start branching out.

a mega privileged position and I am insanely lucky, but if you can (I live in England), get a flight to CPH, get a hostel and eat through it. Insanely cool place, ace people and taste wise.. unparalleled.

What are your favorite fine and non-fine dining places? Going there for 4 days in September
I had many of the dishes you posted here. The squid and koji cake from noma and bread “pudding” thingy from Geranium were totally insane dishes I will remember for the rest of my life.
ETA: molded inigiri was pretty insane too.
Going to Copenhagen after a work trip in Nov for a few days. Need recommendations. Not sure if I’ll be traveling solo or not yet, I’m afraid that might limit me.
