Jeni’s is significantly better when you get it in the scoop shops – I bought a bunch of pints during the Whole Foods sale and found there’s some degradation of texture from freezer burn and uneven mixing of mix-ins. On the other hand, whenever I go to the actual brick and mortar Jeni’s, the fresh scoops are usually perfect and you can taste test 4 flavors for less than a pint costs normally. Would absolutely recommend anyone who can to go, and skip on the pints in favor of the real store if they can.

Hi! How much was the ice cream? Did you get two scoops in a cone?

If you’re in North Carolina actually you can get Jeni’s Brambleberry Crisp at Harris Teeter. It goes on a decent sale around like $6.49 a pint.

If you have the Ibotta rebate app you can also get $2 cash back (dm for referral code). I think it’s a good deal if you want to try multiple Jeni’s pints

I was in Chicago and they have a storefront and I had brambleberry there for the first time and heaven in a cone it was! What’s everyone’s else’s first brambleberry story? Nah kidding. But it’s my favorite flavor I have had so far.

If you are going to explore more Jenis, and come across the Goey butter cake, fair warning this flavor is SWEET. Adding some fruit like blueberries, raspberries etc. is great to give it some sour to really negate that over sweetness. I’ve had this with strawberries mostly and it’s like an goey strawberry shortcake butter cake situation. I love the butter cake flavor as is sometimes too but when I brought in fruit it was a game changer.

Peach biscuit was very bland to me, didn’t like it, out of all the Jenis I’ve gad so far, I think I like it the least
