Bagel sandwich served on a half-marble, half-wooden cutting board, drizzled with oil? (Bridgeport, WV)

  1. I am both surprised to see Bridgeport on here and yet also completely not surprised.

  2. I’m more offended at the oil drizzling. Like the chef forgot the ENTIRE fucking purpose of a sandwich is to keep your hands away from all the wet/hot contents of a meal.

It doesn’t even look like the bagel itself was toasted, why drizzle it with oil?

    “Drizzled with oil, chef?”

“Oh, yes…. chefs do that all the time on TV, doncha know.”

  5. My first mental response was, “The wood doesn’t match well with that marble…”

Why would anyone buy a Bagel in West Virginia?
