Easily one of the best meals of my life. We enjoyed the 4 course tasting as we weren’t hungry enough for the full tasting.

Their desserts were sneaky good. That lobster looks so tasty. We had a great time there. Their 3 course lunch is (maybe was) a bargain.

Never seen the menu before, had no idea there is a couple of meat options and a pasta.

I’ve always felt the presentation of their food seems kinda lacking for a three Michelin star restaurant. Then I saw a fairly recent Eater video of the restaurant where Eric Ripert said something to the extent of “we create our dishes to maximize flavor, we don’t make our dish for Instagram”
