    Key Ingredients:

    * 1 cup Arborio rice
    * 1 onion, finely chopped
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 2 cups vegetable broth
    * 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    * 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
    * 1/2 cup coconut milk
    * 2 tbsp olive oil
    * Salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation Steps:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
    2. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their juices.
    3. Stir in Arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes.
    4. Gradually add vegetable broth, one cup at a time, stirring frequently until absorbed.
    5. Stir in nutritional yeast and coconut milk. Cook until creamy.
    6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
