More leftover Brisket

So I made a bunch of Pies

Puff Pastry crust in the pie maker

This time for the filling I still ran with Maggi Gravy, and American Cheddar, but I added fresh Jalapenos as well as Candied Jalapenos

These are rich with a nice little kick to them

No pickles this time round 😁😉

Still my favourite way to use leftover brisket

If it didn’t have a description, I would assume this is shit pie with jalapeños from the previous night.

Bro what the hell. That looks fantastic.

  5. Step 1: Barbecue a brisket.

    Step 2: Have leftovers.

    Step 3: Make a pie.

I would gladly suffer the next day for a chance to cram that in my maw

Bro, again with the insane cross-section! Are you using a Hattori Hanzō sword?

Pastry waaaaay too thin. Structural integrity on that bad boy is going to be compromised so quickly.
