We went far west and hit up Santa Masa today. We had gotten a few things from them during Covid at their Division (ghost kitchen?) location and we were excited to check out their new fully set up shop.

It’s a cute space- though the lack of AC in this weather is ROUGH. The food though? Delicious. The masa program is on point and the food was prepared with care and with clearly fresh ingredients. Our favorite was definitely the Torta de Chilaquil. A must order if you’re like us and love carbs on carbs on carbs (have to get there before 1pm).

If you’re nearby, it’s a must try. If you have to drive a bit, we are confident it is worth your trip. Great stuff.
