Despite the ppl roasting you some actual advise cook at a lower temperature for a longer time to get a nice finish not everything and especially anything in cooking can be rushed. It looked good enough to be considered edible, and it doesnt look like it would taste horrendous, but i wouldnt say delicious either. Best thing to note is it could by all mean taste like the best thing in the world, but if it doesnt look it noone will think that because people eat with there eyes. Hopes to improvement, and congrats on current brother.
