    This is a great sandwich, dieting or not you’re going to love it. I highly recommend making the asparagus aioli it’s incredible. As for the club we are currently accepting new applicants, @donaldo_cooks

    ✨Skirt steak
    Season with salt and pepper. Cook in the corsori air frier at 450F flipping every 8 minutes until an internal temperature of 130F is reached (for medium rare) 320 calories for 4 oz

    ✨Asparagus oil/ aioli
    Cook a bundle of asparagus in olive oil till softened, next pure the asparagus and oil in a blender then strain oil out through a fine strainer.
    Next in a bowl add 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 egg yolk and a big squeeze of lemon. Mix these together and begin to slowly pour the asparagus oil in while whisking at the same time. Do this till a consistency of mayonnaise is achieved, ad salt and pepper to taste
    90 cals 2 tbsp

    ✨Chimichurry
    Chop cilantro, parsley, garlic, and a Fresno pepper. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add 1 cup olive oil and 1/2 cup of red wine vinegar. Mix all ingredients together

    Add a sprinkle of cojita cheese to the top
    50 cals 1oz

    ✨Bread
    Ciabatta banquet

  3. Thank you for the recipe. I will try this for my family, especially for my son who is changing his food lifestyle to live healthy. May modify the bread for less carbs.

  4. God I need to do more steak stuff in my air fryer LOL I already cook so much more now that I own one but it's been mostly chicken. You've given me so much inspo.
