I’ve never had a chili as good as my homemade but I’ve also never had fries as good as some fast food spots (I’ve worked in kitchens, including burger shacks, I’m aware of all the tricks, it’s just not the same at home) so this is actually a tip I plan to use.

We call them chili cheese fries everywhere I’ve lived and added a coney or two with it. Portillos isn’t half bad for picking up a quick meal.
