PASTA SALAD INGREDIENTS:
► 2 cup boiled bowtie pasta
► 2 medium size cucumber, diced (2 cups)
► 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
► 12 bell pepper, any color, seeded and chopped
► 1 small red onion, chopped (1/3 cup chopped)
► 12 cup crumbled feta cheese
► ½ cup pitted black olives (or added to taste)
► 1 cup boiled red beans
► 12 cup sweet corn
GREEK SALAD DRESSING:
► 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
► 1 tsp dried oregano
► 3 garlic cloves, grated or minced
► 1 tsp fine salt, or added to taste
► 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
► 1/2 to 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
► 2 tbsp lemon juice
