This recipe uses a food processor to blend up savory roasted eggplant and garlic alongside sweet marinara, Italian cheeses, and fresh basil. Pour the mixture into a small cast-iron skillet to bake and serve with a crusty baguette, pita chips, or even veggie sticks.
