Couple of notes:
– The burger is thicc, but there are zero additives in the meat. Not even egg. So it is soft and juicy instead of dry and cakey.
– Obviously you always put cheese on top as well. I can't believe this was even a question.
– The press is made by Cuisinart and I included pictures of that at the end. It's on Amazon.
– Cutting this in half makes it so that all the cheese drips out on your hands while you're eating it, so this was a big sacrifice for you guys. It's like cutting a lava cake in half right from the start. You just don't do that.
