“In direct sunlight” doesn’t seem like a very good way to store your hot sauce. I can’t imagine the quality of those is great.

If you don’t mind me mentioning something not on the shelf look into Carolina reaper powder. I got some on Amazon. It doesn’t change the flavor of the food much but adds a massive kick. Also you don’t need to refrigerate or worry about it expiring in a month. A must have in my opinion.

Holy Jolokia ( can’t really go wrong with CaJohns in general) any of the Spicy Shark sauces

Dude there are a bunch of awesome looking sauces here that I’ve never seen. Pick one of those and don’t listen to everyone saying Marie Sharp’s or El Yucateco. Both good but in this window they look boring as fuck.

So I was gifted a bottle of that Lynchburg Hab there on the 2nd to top shelf. It was really good. Haven’t seen a bottle since, but if I was there, I’d get a bottle of that.

I like Reapercussions, Culley’s Fire Water, and Spicy Shark Masala and Reaper. I would recommend refrigerating the Spicy Shark Reaper because mine fermented after a couple weeks and now it tastes weird 🙁

That El Yucateco Caribbean is highly regarded. CaJohns Rougarou is worth picking up. All of those Craic sauces are probably great, too.
