Breakfast this morning is an “I don’t want to think about food, but I’m hungry” kind of meal.
Blueberry Mango Smoothie
1/4 c frozen blueberries
1/4 c frozen mango
1/2 frozen banana
1/8 c or about 2 tbsp cashews
Milk of choice-I started with 1/2 c but had to add more because it was too thick. I didn’t really measure.
A little honey for sweetness
If I had spinach in the house I would have thrown that in.

It’s not much but I add some ground flax to all my smoothies! 1 tablespoon. Pretty affordable and I can’t discern any taste

I keep frozen spinach around for stuff like this – comes in handy! Looks like a great breakfast!

My favorite smoothie tip: add some silken tofu for volume and protein and iron! I love kefir in smoothies too!
