Instructions: 1. In a frying pan, melt 50g of butter over low heat 2. Add 180g Shredded coconut (2 Cups) 3. Stir gently 4. Add 100g Sugar (½ Cup) 5. Stir gently 6. Pour 1 cup of milk 7. Stir until to obtain a homogeneous mixture 8. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes 9. Shape it into balls, then roll them in grated coconut
