Sautéed some Brussels sprouts and chicken sausages then added some pesto sauce. Under 300 cal lunch with enough fat to keep me full for several hours 🙂

    Ingredient List:
    -Brussels shaved, in a bag (9 oz)
    -Hungryroot brand chicken sausages (5 links)
    -Hungryroot brand kale spinach pesto sauce (55 g)

    This amount of ingredients will make 2 servings (pictured is one serving). I put the sausages cut up into a skillet and the Brussels and tossed them on medium-high heat until browned then added the sauce in my serving dish.

    First meal in a new house and didn’t have a lot of ingredients or cookware available but this hit the spot 🙂
