Can’t believe I’d never tried it before a few days ago. Once the immense numbing heat dies down it just leaves such a damn nice aftertaste

So far I’ve only tried it on its own and stirred into a curry that would have been pretty mild without it so any other usage suggestions very welcome

  1. This has been on my list for ages. I think I will be buying! Does it have an acidic/sour pickle flavor?

  2. It’s amazing in ramen. And yes it’s an amazing condiment overall, heat and flavor.

Recently discovered this as well. Its fantastic, and while it can be used to perk up about any dish, it really ads nice flavor and heat to any curry style dish, especially Indian food. I highly recommend to any and all spice lords.

  4. I’ve been a big fan of Mr naga since I was introduced to it almost 10 years ago. I now resort to buying it from amazon as I cant seem to find it any local shops. Anyone know of any in NJ area?

Honestly, get a good soft loaf of bread and go to town. Or pairs well with any Indian/South Asian food.

Mr Naga is alright but I prefer King Naga from Mr Vikki’s. Same kind of thing just with a better flavour.

Pickle pepper and sambal are my favorite Asian cuisine spice additives

My local Thai restaurant has this as part of the chili pepper tray
