    It’s a thick burger alright. I am not a thick patty person, but lots of people are. I think cheese would have been nice here

    The patty is comically thick, not enough cheese and those onions need to be pickled.

    Sandwiches should be dances of flavours. This is… **MEAT!**

    I get it, and there’s nothing wrong with that because it’s delish but as a sandwich, I don’t think it works.

    Aside from that, we, as a society, and particularly as cooks, should also do a little to promote, dare I say “less insane” diets. The amount of meat that’s being eaten is insane and while it’s very tasty: so are vegetables.

    If you insist on making a burger that thick you probably have to bake it to finish it properly.

    Personally not for me. As a Canadian it’s been drilled into us that a burger must be cooked all the way through. I’ll eat a medium steak all day long but something about a medium burger is a complete turn off – especially when the bun is soaked with red burger juice.

    If y’all like it that’s great, but I’d go less comically thick and cooked through fully while still being juicy.

    I would absolutely decimate that thing. Another person said more cheese which I do agree with. One more slice would’ve made it even better but it’s not the biggest deal in the world. I also like my burgers cooked to pink in the middle.
