Wife made a really good one

Dont know how or why, elevation change, humidity, whatever. This honey wheat bread is our standard and this is the first time making it in our new apartment. It is the closest thing to a store bought super processed bread softness that ive ever had homemade. I mean, its always good, hence why its our staple bread, but i made a whole time consuming dinner tonight and after i tasted this bread i just wanted to eat a whole loaf for dinner.
