   Steak looks very nicely cooked. I don’t like the aesthetics of the green sauce, doesn’t look pretty imo. Probably tasted good.

   I would do about half of the chimichurri? I’m guessing that’s what that is? That looks like it’s going to over power the steak rather than accent it
