Every cheesesteak place I’ve been to in Philly, Whiz was on the menu. I like my steaks meat, onion, and cheese. It’s a matter of which cheese I choose at the time I order, but whiz is usually the one I pick. Philistines that have to add peppers and mushrooms should be beaten into submission.
