In this video, I am putting together a very easy to make recipe that is sure to be a crowd pleaser, Bacon Caprese Salad Skewers. As if the Caprese Salad needed to be improved, why not add bacon? That makes everything better. This is also a great if you have home grown tomatoes or garden tomatoes to use up, and makes a fun project for the whole family, kids included.
