Had a wonderful meal here last week for my wife's birthday and wanted to share our experience. First of all, this was one of the places mentioned in my Valencia recs thread a few months back, so big thanks to the sub for helping out, it was certainly a great rec.
The whole experience at the restaurant was very enjoyable and well thought out. We started with drinks and snacks in the garden area (last pics) – special shoutout to the bar program here, both our cocktails were absolutely outstanding, some of the best we've ever had. After the garden, we were taken on a short tour of the house before being seated – in such a well preserved and beautiful building, this was a really nice touch.
As a whole, the food was excellent, with a strong focus on creative uses for local ingredients, which gave the restaurant a real sense of place. My favourites were the parsnip 'spaghetti', which was one of the best pasta dishes I've eaten despite not actually containing any pasta, and the pork and pistachio, which was a great flavour pairing. My wife particularly enjoyed the hake and the fig dessert.
Overall, I would highly recommend the restaurant to anyone visiting Valencia, it was certainly one we won't forget in a hurry!

This looks really interesting and the outdoor seating area is gorgeous. They definitely have a preferred colour palette in mind.
