Third pic has another loaf I haven’t cut yet. Let me know how this looks and if there’s any improvements I could make!

I used Joshua Weissman’s sourdough starter guide and beginner sourdough recipe, roughly as follows:

  1. Autolyse for 30mins: 500g AP flour + 270g bread flour + 175 whole wheat flour + 660g lukewarm water
  2. Add 18g salt and 225g (I think?) levain and mix together
  3. Bulk ferment in oven with light on for 3 hrs, fold twice every 15 mins and once more after 30 mins
  4. Split dough I half and shape, place in fridge overnight (~14 hrs)
  5. Bake at 500F in Dutch oven with lid for 20 mins, then ~10mins without lid

    You’re off to a fantastic start. It’s a little underproofed but that’s easily fixed. Your starter won’t be the strongest thing so young as well so that will just get stronger over time.
