Fougasse is a French cousin of Italian Focaccia:)
Our favorite fougasse is with olives, herbs of Provence and cheese!
For this recipe you will need:
For dough:

-500g flour
-1 tsp of salt
-10g dry yeast
-25 cl warm water
-6 tsp olive oil
-1 tsp of herbs of Provence
-150g olives

For decoration:
Few olives & grated cheese
