Amazing showcase of American bounty with elements of Scandinavian influences. Not as innovative as Alinea but I have to say a delicious meal and absolutely the best lamb course I have ever had.

How was that caviar dish? reminds me of some noma dishes with nuts and caviar they have done over the years… I bet it was so good though, the nut oil with the caviar makes my mouth water.

Looks great! Love that this menu has many tropical fruit elements. My sapote consumption now is probably 1% it’s used to be back when I was in my home country. My previous Smyth visits coincidentally were all in the winters, probably should schedule one in the summer.
