    Key Ingredients:

    * 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
    * 1 onion, chopped
    * 2 cloves garlic, minced
    * 1 cup coconut milk
    * 1 cup tomato sauce
    * 1 tbsp garam masala
    * 1 tsp turmeric
    * 1 tbsp olive oil
    * Salt and pepper to taste
    * Fresh cilantro for garnish

    Preparation Steps:

    1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
    2. Stir in garam masala and turmeric, cook for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Add cauliflower florets, coconut milk, and tomato sauce. Simmer until cauliflower is tender, about 20 minutes.
    4. Season with salt and pepper.
    5. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
