So, I have bought these peppers in the supermarket and they were labeled as "mixed peppers" and no other information. However, that didn’t stop me to buy them. 🙂
I did some "googling" and perhaps those small red ones are Reapers (never had them)? Maybe some of the smaller yellow ones are Habaneros?

The yellow ones look like scotch bonnets
Orange look like habaneros and the red could be reapers but I’m guessing scorpions.
Left looks like reapers, middle is habeneros, right is probably scotch bonnets.
