Chicken:
1 lb Chicken Breast, cubed
2 Tbsp Fresh Oregano, minced
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Tzatziki:
1/2 Cucumber, grated
2 Cups Greek Yogurt
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
Wraps:
4 Pitas
Sliced Cucumber, Onion, Tomato
Fresh Dill
Instructions:
Marinate Chicken: Combine chicken, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Marinate 30 minutes.
Make Tzatziki: Mix grated cucumber, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.
Cook Chicken: Skewer and grill chicken until 165°F inside.
Prepare Pitas: Heat pitas, spread tzatziki, and add chicken and veggies.
