    I take dried Thai chilis and add them to sriracha with a lil lemon and a touch of Tabasco and ground habañero & jalapeño. Sometimes a touch of honey

    This one’s pretty good. It’s kind of a mix of the two, quite garlicky but also sweet like sambal!
